Just released version 0.1.6 of Azure- a small hotfix which addresses some bugs.

• -Fixed wall system not tracing with surfaces properly
• -NPCs will now correctly go to rest if their stamina is too low
• -Fixed NPCs not moving onto another task
• -Attracting a new citizen function working properly
• -Builders will work on unbuilt props after load
